On or about Thursday, June 30th, 2022, around 6:30 in the evening, a major accident between a passenger vehicle and two tractor-trailers left one person dead. Authorities from the GPS said the accident was reported along the Liberty Expressway in Albany, Georgia.
Spokespeople from the Georgia State Patrol said one as-of-yet unidentified woman was killed when her vehicle was allegedly hit by two tractor-trailers after she had spun out in the roadway along the Liberty Expressway. Emergency responders pronounced the woman dead of her injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the crash is not far from Exit 6B.
