Details:
On or about Friday, August 27th, 2021, around 8:00 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a motorcycle left one person dead. Troopers from the MSP said the accident occurred along Mystic Valley Parkway on a turnoff in Medford, Massachusetts.
Authorities said one as-of-yet unidentified 23-year-old man was killed when the motorcycle he was driving allegedly collided with a tractor-trailer that was turning off Mystic Valley Parkway in the right turn lane. Emergency responders pronounced the driver of the motorcycle dead a short time after the collision. Police did not mention any other vehicles in their initial report on the accident.
According to Google Maps, Mystic Valley Parkway runs north and south through Medford, which is about 5 miles northwest of Boston.
Police are still investigating the accident.
