On or about Tuesday, May 10th, 2022, around 6:00 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a pedestrian left one individual dead. Representatives from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along the 610 North Loop in Houston, Texas.
Officers from the Houston Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when they were allegedly hit by a passing tractor-trailer as they were walking alongside or tried to cross the lanes of the North Loop. Paramedics pronounced the pedestrian dead of their injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the incident is not far from the exchange with Lockwood Drive.
