On or about Thursday, March 31st, 2022, around 1:45 in the morning, a major accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle left a 35-year-old man dead. Local Department of Public Safety officials said the accident was reported at the intersection of North Park Street and Patterson Street in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Authorities from the area said an as-of-yet unidentified 35-year-old man was killed when the vehicle they were in and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances at North Park and Patterson. Emergency responders pronounced the driver of the car dead of their injuries after the accident, but it is not clear if they died at the scene or after being rushed to a nearby hospital.
