On or about Thursday, April 22nd, 2021, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a pickup truck left one individual dead. Troopers from the CHP said the accident happened along Reclamation Road in Sutter County, California.
Investigators said one as-of-yet unidentified person was killed when a tractor-trailer allegedly struck the back of a pickup truck that was towing a boat. Emergency responders pronounced the driver of the pickup truck dead at the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, Sutter County is situated about 35 miles north of downtown Sacramento.
Police expect to release the findings of their investigation at a later date.
