On or about Wednesday, November 17th, 2021, around 10:30 at night, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle left one individual dead. Troopers from the CHP said the accident was reported at the intersection of Road 80 and Avenue 384 just outside Dinuba in Tulare County, California.

Representatives from the California Highway Patrol said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when the Toyota Camry they were driving allegedly hit the back of a tractor-trailer that had slowed for a stoplight at the intersection of Road 80 and Avenue 384. Paramedics pronounced the driver of the car dead of his injuries at the scene of the accident.

According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance south of Dinuba, which is about 30 miles southeast of Fresno.

State and local agencies responded to the scene of the accident.
