On or about Monday, December 28th, 2020, around 9:45 at night, an accident between an SUV and a tractor-trailer claimed the life of a 61-year-old man. Investigators said the accident happened on Route 309 near Mine Road in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Authorities said one as-of-yet unidentified 61-year-old man was killed when the Honda CRV he was driving allegedly struck the side of a tractor-trailer that was blocking traffic on Route 309. Emergency responders pronounced the victim dead of his injuries at the scene of the accident.

According to Google Maps, Bucks County is located about 46 miles north of downtown Philadelphia.

State and local law enforcement agencies are still investigating the crash.
