On or about Thursday, December 2nd, 2021, around 4:00 in the afternoon,, an accident between a van and a tractor-trailer left one individual dead. Deputies from the Clark County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported at the intersection of Warm Springs Road and Eastgate Road in Henderson, Nevada.
Police said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when a van and a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances while driving at or near the intersection of Eastgate Road and Warm Springs Road. Paramedics rushed one person from the scene to a nearby hospital where they succumbed to their injuries a short time after their arrival. Officers did not indicate which vehicle the victim was in at the time of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 15 miles south of downtown Las Vegas.
Police are still investigating the incident.
