On or about Friday, May 6th, 2022, around 7:18 in the morning, an accident between a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer left one person dead and sent two other individuals to the hospital. Troopers from the PSP said the accident was reported along Route 291 in Chester, Pennsylvania.
Sources from the Pennsylvania State Police said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed and two other people were injured when a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle collided under unspecified circumstances along Route 291. Emergency responders pronounced person dead, while two others were taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
