On or about Thursday, May 20th, 2021, an accident between a tractor-trailer and an SUV left one person dead and sent two others to the hospital. Troopers from the DPS said the accident was reported in the 1200 block of Northwest Stallings Drive in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Texas Department of Public Safety officials said one as-of-yet unidentified person was killed and two others were hurt when a tractor-trailer allegedly struck their SUV that was attempting a U-turn. Emergency responders pronounced one person in the SUV dead at the scene, while an adult and child were taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries after the accident.
According to Google Maps, Stallings Drive runs north and south through Nacogdoches, which is about 163 miles southeast of Dallas.
