Details:
On or about Saturday, November 14th, 2020, around 11:47 at night, an accident between a parked tractor-trailer and a car left one woman dead and sent two men to the hospital. State Police said the accident happened on Interstate 94 near Summit in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
Wisconsin State Police said an as-of-yet unidentified 19-year-old woman was killed, while two 19-year-old men were hurt when the car they were in allegedly struck a parked tractor-trailer on the side of the interstate. Paramedics pronounced one woman dead at the scene, while two men were taken to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries.
Google Maps shows Interstate 94 is four lanes, with a wide, grassy median dividing east and westbound traffic. Waukesha County is situated a short distance east of downtown Milwaukee.
Multiple agencies from the area responded to the scene to aid in the investigation.
