Shortly after 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 29, 2024, the driver of a box truck fell asleep and proceeded to crash into a concrete highway divider. While the driver survived with undisclosed injuries, the passenger was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
