On or about Friday, June 17th, 2022, around 10:44 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle left a 74-year-old man dead. Officials from the Ohio State Highway Patrol said the accident was reported along Route 101 in Green Creek Township, Ohio.
Spokespeople from the Ohio State Highway Patrol said 74-year-old Richard Zoeller was killed when a tractor-trailer allegedly ran a red light and slammed into a passenger vehicle along Route 101. Emergency responders pronounced Zoeller dead of his injuries a short time after they responded to the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the crash is at or near the intersection with County Road 177.
