On or about Tuesday, July 5th, 2022, around 10:25 at night, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle left a 36-year-old man dead. Troopers from the ASP said the accident was reported along Interstate 55 in Crittenden County, Arkansas.
Officials from the Arkansas State Police said 36-year-old Roger Leake was killed when the passenger vehicle he was driving allegedly hit the back of a tractor-trailer along Interstate 55. Emergency responders pronounced Leake dead of his injuries a short time after the collision. Authorities did not mention any other injuries stemming from the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the northbound side of Interstate 55.
