A roofer was critically injured and several homes burned in an electrical accident at a home on Sugar Hill Drive in Houston, TX. The Houston Fire Department reports the accident occurred the afternoon of Wednesday, February 5, 2025, when a power line came into contact with the metal guttering on a home. The person working on the roof at the time was critically injured, and several small fires broke out in neighboring homes. The cause of the electrical accident is under investigation.
