Ruben Sepulveda was killed and a female passenger seriously injured in a semi-truck rollover accident on Interstate 80, near mile marker 78, in Dugway, UT. The Utah Department of Public Safety report the crash took place around 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.

The 43-year-old Sepulveda was pronounced dead at the scene, while the female passenger was transported to a nearby hospital in serious condition. Investigators say high winds were the likely cause of the accident.
