On or about Wednesday, February 16th, 2022, around 5:30 in the morning, a serious two-vehicle car accident left a 21-year-old dead. Spokespeople from the Travis County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Interstate 35 in Austin, Texas.
Officials from the Austin Police Department said 21-year-old Ruth Quintero-Wences was killed when two passenger vehicles collided under unspecified circumstances while driving down I-35. After the initial impact, Quintero-Wences’ vehicle rolled down an embankment a short distance off the roadway. Emergency responders pronounced Ruth Quintero-Wences dead following the accident.
