On or about May 19th, 2021, around 10:00 in the morning, a major accident between a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer sent a 61-year-old man to the hospital. Representatives from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along North Loop 610 in Houston, Texas.
Spokespeople from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said 61-year-old Scott Donald McClennan was injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly struck the vehicle he was in while driving down North Loop 610 as the truck was attempting a wide turn. Emergency responders transported McClennan to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is near the exchange with Ella Boulevard.
Police are still investigating the accident.
