On or about Tuesday, February 8th, 2022, sometime in the afternoon hours, an accident between a school bus, a box truck, and two SUVs resulted in multiple injuries. Troopers from the PSP said the accident was reported at the intersection of Greensburg Road and Atlantic Avenue in Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania.
Deputies from the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Department said an unspecified number of people were injured when a box truck allegedly slammed into two SUVs, pushing them into oncoming traffic where they collided with a school bus. Paramedics treated an unspecified number of people to the hospital with unknown injuries after the accident.
