On or about Sunday, April 17th, 2022, around 9:30 at night, a serious multi-vehicle car accident sent several individuals to the hospital. Representatives from the Harris County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported in the 8200 block of Wade Road in Baytown, Texas.
Law enforcement representatives said several as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when several vehicles collided under unspecified circumstances along Wade Road. Emergency responders airlifted one person from the scene while an unknown number of others were transported to the hospital by ground ambulance.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 26 miles east of downtown Houston.
Officials are still investigating the cause of the accident.
