On or about Thursday, December 2nd, 2021, around 6:08 in the evening, a multi-vehicle accident between a Metro bus, a dump truck, and two passenger cars sent six people to the hospital. Deputies from the King County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported along Maple Valley Highway in Renton, Washington.
Police officers said six as-of-yet unidentified people were injured when a dump truck allegedly lost control and slammed into a Metro bus and two passenger vehicles on Maple Valley Highway. Paramedics transported six people from the scene to area hospitals with injuries of an unknown nature or severity. Officials did not specify which vehicles the victims were in at the time of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 12 miles south of downtown Seattle.
