On or about Thursday, February 3rd, 2022, around 6:00 in the evening, a serious multi-vehicle chain-reaction pileup accident sent six people to the hospital. Representatives from the MPD said the accident was reported in the 2800 block of the Austin Peay Highway in Memphis, Tennessee.
Investigators said six as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when sixteen vehicles collided in a chain-reaction accident on the Austin Peay Highway. Paramedics transported six people to a nearby hospital where two of the victims were last reported in critical condition.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the north side of Memphis.
