Details:
On or about Saturday, January 15th, 2022, a major single-vehicle car accident left one individual dead. Deputies from the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Dove Road near the intersection with Kimball Avenue in Grapevine, Texas.
Local law enforcement officials said Stevie Mowery was killed when the SUV he was driving allegedly veered off the side of the roadway and slammed into a tree a short distance off the pavement. Emergency responders rushed Mowrie to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries a short time after his arrival. Officials did not mention any other injuries stemming from the incident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 22 miles northwest of downtown Dallas.
Authorities are still investigating the accident.
