Officers said 54-year-old Svetlana Potchtar was killed when the Subaru Crosstrek she was driving an a tractor-trailer collided under unspecified circumstances near Stroudsburg. First responders pronounced Potchtar dead of her injuries at the scene of the accident.
Officials identified the driver of the tractor-trailer as 56-year-old William G. Mendenhall, who sustained minor injuries in the accident.
