Sylvester Seawright Jr. was killed when the semi-truck he was driving went off of Interstate 65, near mile marker 147, north of Fort Deposit in Lowndes County, AL. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports the accident took place the morning of Sunday, February 9, 2025, when his semi left the interstate and collided with a sign and multiple trees. The 36-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, and authorities are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
