72-Year-Old Thomas Guzzi was killed in a rear-end collision with a semi-truck on the New Jersey Turnpike in Mansfield, Burlington County, NJ. New Jersey State Police say the accident took place around 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

Reports indicate Guzzi was travelling south when his SUV crashed into the rear of the semi near mile marker 49. He would be pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the semi was uninjured. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
