On or about Thursday, April 21st, 2022, sometime in the hours after dark, a serious accident between two passenger vehicles left three people injured. Deputies from the County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported at the intersection of 34th Street and Canton Avenue in Lubbock, Texas.
Investigators from the Texas Department of Public Safety said three as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when two passenger vehicles collided under unspecified conditions at 34th and Canton. Paramedics transported three people from the scene to a nearby hospital, but officials did not specify which vehicle or vehicles the victims were in at the time of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of 34th Street and Canton Avenue is on the southwest side of Lubbock.
Police are still investigating the accident.
