Details:
On or about Monday, June 28th, 2021, around 10:30 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a work truck sent two people to the hospital. Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported at the intersection of Interstate 35 and O’Connor Road in San Antonio, Texas.
Officials from the Texas Department of Public Safety said three as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a dump truck allegedly lost control and struck a work truck before it rolled into a nearby gas station a short distance off the roadway. The driver of the dump truck and two other people were taken to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 35 runs north and south through San Antonio, with the O’Connor Road intersection situated on the northeast side of the city.
Police are still examining the circumstances surrounding the incident.
