On or about Wednesday, July 6th, 2022, around 12:51 in the afternoon, an accident between a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer sent three individuals to the hospital. Troopers from the ISP said the accident was reported along Highway 47 in Gibson City, Illinois.
Authorities from the Illinois State Police said three as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly hit the back of a van along Highway 47. Emergency responders transported three passengers in the vehicle to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from Harvest Lane.
Police are still investigating the accident.
