On or about Tuesday, March 15th, 2022, sometime in the morning hours, an accident between a tractor-trailer and three passenger vehicles sent three individuals to the hospital. Authorities from the GSP said the accident was reported at or near the intersection of Highway 19 South in Cedric Street in Leesburg, Georgia.
Law enforcement representatives said three as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a tractor-trailer and three passenger vehicles collided in a chain-reaction accident at Highway 19 South at Cedric Street. Paramedics transported three people from the scene to a nearby hospital, but officials did not indicate which vehicle or vehicles the victims were in at the time of the accident.
According to Google Maps, Leesburg is about 176 miles south of downtown Atlanta.
