On or about Saturday, October 30th, 2021, around 8:00 in the morning, an accident between a car, a tractor-trailer and an SUV sent three individuals to the hospital. Officials from the LSP said the accident was reported along Interstate 10 in Crowley, Louisiana.
Authorities from the area said three as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when an SUV allegedly collided with a tractor-trailer and spun into the path of an oncoming vehicle while driving down Interstate 10. Emergency responders transported three people from the scene to a nearby hospital with serious injuries stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 10 cuts east and west through Crowley, which is about 24 miles west of Lafayette.
Police are still examining the circumstances surrounding the accident.
