Details:
On or about Wednesday, April 20th, 2022, around 7:15 in the morning, an accident between two tractor-trailers and an SUV left three individuals injured. Authorities from the MSHP said the accident was reported along Interstate 70 in Montgomery County, Missouri.
Spokespeople from the Missouri State Highway Patrol said three as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a passenger vehicle and two tractor-trailers collided in a chain-reaction accident along I-70. Emergency responders transported three people in the passenger vehicle to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the crash is on the eastbound side of Interstate 70 near the 163.3 mile marker.
Officials are still examining the cause of the accident.
