On or about Wednesday, July 6th, 2022, sometime in the evening hours, an accident between two tractor-trailers and a pickup truck left three people injured. Spokespeople from the FHP said the accident was reported along Interstate 75 in Gainesville, Florida.
Authorities from the Florida Highway Patrol said three as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly rear-ended another 18-wheeler before it rolled onto a nearby pickup truck. Paramedics treated all three drivers for injuries of an unspecified nature or severity stemming from the chain-reaction accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the southbound side of Interstate 75.
Police are still looking into the accident.
