Details:
On or about Friday, March 4th, 2022, around 4:00 in the morning, an accident between a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer left three individuals dead. Spokespeople from the Georgia Department of Transportation said the accident was reported along Interstate 85 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Authorities said three as-of-yet unidentified individuals were killed when the vehicle they were in allegedly struck the back of a tractor-trailer along Interstate 85. Paramedics pronounced three people in the passenger vehicle dead of their injuries after the accident. The driver of the tractor-trailer was uninjured in the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from the Interstate 75 exchange.
Police are still looking into the cause of the crash.
