Details:
On or about Wednesday, March 24th, 2021, a single-vehicle tractor-trailer accident sent one individual to the hospital. Troopers from the MSHP said the accident happened along Highway 36 just outside Laclede in Linn County, Missouri.
Officials from the Missouri State Highway Patrol said Toncho Krastev was injured when the tractot-trailer he was in, driven by Dennis Deston, allegedly drove off the side of the highway and struck a bridge barrier. Paramedics transported Krastev to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, Highway 36 runs east and west along the southern edge of Laclede, which is about 109 miles northeast of Kansas City.
Police hope to release the findings of their investigation as soon as they become available.
