On or about Saturday, February 4th, 2022, around 2:30 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle claimed the life of a 25-year-old man. Troopers from the VSP said the accident was reported along Interstate 85 in Dinwiddie County, Virginia.
Spokespeople from the Virginia State Patrol said 25-year-old Trevino Bell was killed when a tractor-trailer allegedly struck his car on the shoulder of Interstate 85. Emergency responders pronounced Bell dead of his injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 40 miles south of downtown Richmond.
Multiple agencies responded to the scene in order to assist.
