On or about Tuesday, November 23rd, 2021, around 9:00 at night, an accident between a pedestrian and a passenger vehicle claimed the life of a 42-year-old Indiana woman. Deputies from the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported at the intersection of Valley View Drive and Longmire in College Station, Texas.

Authorities from the area said 42-year-old Trois Salena Rose Brinsfield was killed when she was allegedly hit by a vehicle that was turning at the intersection of Longmire and Valley View Drive. Emergency responders rushed Brinsfield to a nearby hospital where she succumbed to her injuries the day after her arrival.

According to Google Maps, College Station is about 95 miles northwest of downtown Houston.

Police are still looking into the accident.
