Details:
On or about Wednesday, June 8th, 2022, around 3:30 in the afternoon, an accident between a box truck and a passenger vehicle sent two individuals to the hospital. Officials from the MSP said the accident was reported at the intersection of Chicago Drive and 18th Avenue in Georgetown, Michigan.
Representatives from the Michigan State Police said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when the van they were in was allegedly hit by a box truck at Chicago and 18th Avenue. Paramedics transported the driver and passenger to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the south end of Georgetown Township.
Authorities are still investigating the accident.
