Details:
On or about Wednesday, February 9th, 2022, around 6:55 in the evening, an accident between a box truck and an SUV sent two individuals to the hospital. Officers from the NYPD said the accident was reported along Rockaway Boulevard in Queens, New York.
Investigators said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a box truck allegedly rolled over their vehicle as the truck was attempting a turn on Rockaway Boulevard. Paramedics transported the driver and passenger in the SUV to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, Rockaway Boulevard winds east and west through Queens.
Officials are still investigating the accident.
