On or about Monday, May 24th, 2021, an accident between a pickup truck towing a trailer and a tractor-trailer sent two people to the hospital. Officials from the OSHP said the accident happened along Route 39 near the Kimble Landfill in Dover Township, Ohio.
Investigators said a 13-year-old girl and a 74-year-old man were injured when a tractor-trailer allegedly struck a pickup truck that was pulling onto the roadway. The driver of the pickup and his 13-year-old passenger were taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries after the accident. The driver of the tractor-trailer was unhurt in the accident.
Route 39 runs east and west through Dover Township, which is about 81 miles south of Cleveland, according to Google Maps.
