Details:
On or about Saturday, March 12th, 2022, around 3:15 in the morning, a serious accident between a box truck and a passenger vehicle left two people injured. Authorities from the CSP said the accident was reported at or near the intersection of Sigourney Street and Collins Street in Hartford, Connecticut.
Investigators from the Connecticut State Police said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when the vehicle they were in and a box truck collided under unspecified conditions at Sigourney Street and Collins Street. Paramedics transported a driver and passenger in the vehicle to a nearby hospital to with critical injuries stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of Sigourney Street and Collins Street is a short distance northwest of downtown Hartford.
Police are still looking into the cause of the accident.
