On or about Friday, May 20th, 2022, sometime in the early morning hours, an accident between a box truck and a school bus sent two students to the hospital. Troopers from the OSHP said the accident was reported along State Route 22 in Maineville, Ohio.
Officials from the Ohio State Highway Patrol said two as-of-yet unidentified students were injured when a box truck allegedly crossed over the center line of Route 22 and hit a school bus in the oncoming lanes. Emergency responders transported two students to the hospital with unknown injuries after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from the town of Zoar.
Authorities are still investigating the accident.
