Details:
On or about Monday, March 21st, 2022, around 10:00 at night, an accident between two passenger vehicles sent two individuals to the hospital. Troopers from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along the northbound lanes of Interstate 37 near the exchange with Southeast Military Drive in San Antonio, Texas.
Texas DPS representatives said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when the vehicle they were in was allegedly struck by a vehicle traveling in excess of 100 miles per hour along I-37. After the initial collision, one of the vehicles rolled off the side of the roadway.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the southeast side of San Antonio.
Police have since detained the driver of the vehicle that was allegedly speeding.
