Details:
On or about October 27th, 2021, around 2:27 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle car accident sent two individuals to the hospital. Officials from the HCSO said the accident was reported at or near the intersection of Veterans Memorial Drive and Torrey Forest Drive in Harris County, Texas.
Officers from the Houston Police Department said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when the Chevrolet Impala they were in allegedly drove off the side of the roadway and crashed into a ditch a short distance off the pavement. One of the occupants in the car was ejected during the accident. Paramedics transported both victims to the hospital with injuries of an unknown nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of Veterans Memorial Drive and Torrey Forest Drive is on the northwest side of Houston.
Police are still looking into the cause of the accident.
