On or about Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022, around 9:30 in the morning, a serious construction accident at a work site sent two individuals to the hospital. Law enforcement officials from the area said the accident was reported at a construction site at or near the intersection of 4th Street and Dutton Avenue in Waco, Texas.
Authorities from the Waco Police Department said two as-of-yet unidentified construction workers were injured when they allegedly fell from a 35 foot height as they were working on the structure. Paramedics transported both workers to nearby Baylor Scott & White Medical Center where they were being treated for injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the incident is on the northeast side of Waco.
