Details:
On or about Wednesday, February 17th, 2021, around 11:20 in the morning, a single-vehicle dump truck accident sent two people to the hospital. State Police said the accident was reported along 48th Street near the exchange with Interstate 405 in Renton, Washington.
Authorities said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when the dump truck they were in allegedly lost control and crashed into a wall when it veered off the road. Two people in the truck were treated for unspecified injuries. Police did not mention any other vehicles in their preliminary statement.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 12 miles southeast of downtown Seattle.
State and local law enforcement agencies are investigating the incident.
