On or about Monday, March 15th, 2021, around 1:03 in the afternoon, an accident between a car and a dump truck sent two people to the hospital. Deputies from the Sheriff’s Department said the accident happened near the intersection of Adrian Highway and Highway 19 in Horry County, South Carolina.
Troopers from the South Carolina State Police said two as-of-yet unidentified people were injured when a car and a dump truck collided under unknown conditions, and that one person was airlifted to the hospital, while another was taken by ambulance. Officials have not released an update on their conditions.
According to Google Maps, Horry County is nestled along the Atlantic coast, about 107 miles north of Charleston.
