On or about Monday, November 8th, 2021, around 3:30 in the afternoon, an accident between a dump truck and a car sent two individuals to the hospital. Authorities from the area said the accident was reported along the westbound side of Interstate 459 in Jefferson County, Alabama.
Law enforcement spokespeople said two as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a dump truck allegedly lost control, struck a nearby car, and rolled. Emergency responders transported the driver of the dump truck and the driver of the other vehicle to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries after the accident.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 359 runs north and south through Jefferson County, which is situated on the north side of the Birmingham area.
