On or about Thursday, July 15th, 2021, around 10:00 in the morning, an accident between an SUV, a van and a dump truck sent two people to the hospital. Deputies from the Escambia County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported at the intersection of Paul Starr Drive and Copter Road in Pensacola, Florida.
Troopers from the Florida Highway Patrol said two as-of-yet unidentified people were injured when a dump truck allegedly struck a van and an SUV at the intersection. The driver of the van and the drive of the SUV were taken to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity. The driver of the dump truck was unhurt in the accident.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of Paul Starr Drive and Copter Road is situated on the north side of Pensacola.
Police are still investigating the accident.
