Details:
On or about Wednesday, April 14th, 2021, around 6:00 in the evening, a dump truck rollover accident sent two people to the hospital. Deputies from the Erie County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported in the 2700 block of Niagara Street in Niagara, New York.
Police said two as-of-yet unidentified people were injured when a dump truck rolled off the side of the roadway, pinning it’s two occupants. Emergency responders cut the victims free of the wreckage and transported them to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries. Police did not speculate on what may have led to the rollover.
According to Google Maps, the accident happened a short distance from the Canadian border, just north of Buffalo, according to Google Maps.
Police are still investigating the accident.
